ABOUT MACKENZI
Mackenzi is an associate attorney and is presently admitted to the California State Bar. She currently practices in the area of medical malpractice. She has previous experience in family law, landlord/tenant disputes, and immigration law.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Mackenzi attended McGeorge School of Law as an evening student and received her Juris Doctorate with distinction in May 2022. While attending law school, Mackenzi was involved in her school community extensively. She worked at Community Legal Services providing immigration aid to those in her community and sometimes nationwide. Mackenzi also served on the Student Bar Association, the Women’s Caucus, International Law Society, and LAMBDA.
Mackenzi received her bachelor’s in Political Science at University of California, Riverside. While in her undergraduate studies, Mackenzi interned for a California Assemblymember and a California Senator. After graduating, Mackenzi briefly worked at the State Capital and tracked legislation for several nonprofits.
